📬 Delivery

An order is marked as delivered once the carrier updates the status to “Delivered.” This completes our fulfillment responsibility—but if you run into issues, we’re here to help.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the package is not lost, redelivery may be possible. You will be responsible for any redelivery, storage, or handling fees. Redelivery can take 20–30 business days.
